Sean Callan is a Founding Partner of Fraternal Law Partners. He advises national fraternities and sororities, foundations and house corporations on a wide range of business issues, including corporate governance, real estate, grant-making, housing issues and tax-exempt issues. In addition, Callan offers national Greek organizations (and their chapters) risk management, anti-hazing, and crisis and incident management services. He is a regular contributor to the Fraternal Law Newsletter, a quarterly publication dedicated to the legal issues relevant to Greek organizations, as well as a frequent speaker on a variety of issues confronting the Greek industry including risk management, hazing and chapter housing.

Callan is listed in The Best Lawyers in America® in both Real Estate Law and Land Use and Zoning Law, and is rated AV® Preeminent™ in Martindale-Hubbell.
