Jacklyn D. Olinger “Justice cannot be for one side alone, but must be for both.” – Eleanor Roosevelt

Jacklyn is an associate with Fraternal Law Partners. Her practice focuses on the issues specific to nonprofit and tax exempt organizations, including seeking and maintaining tax exempt status, corporate governance matters, grant-making and registration under state charitable solicitation laws. Jacklyn has worked with John Christopher and Sean Callan representing national fraternities and sororities, their chapters, foundations and house corporations. She has conducted sorority leadership consultant trainings and written numerous articles relevant to tax exempt organizations, and specifically, fraternal organizations.

Jacklyn is a member of the Cincinnati and Ohio State Bar Associations. She earned her B.A. in political science from Miami University (2005) where she was initiated into the Alpha Xi Delta Fraternity. She earned her J.D. from the University of Dayton School of Law (2007, summa cum laude). Jacklyn is an active member of the community, currently serving as a member of the Board of Directors for the Alpha Xi Delta National Housing Corporation and on the Board of Directors and as Chair of the Nominating and Governance Committee of GRAD Cincinnati.
