Grace Moseley joined Manley Burke in September 2024 as a law clerk, and transitioned to an associate role in 2025. Her primary areas of focus include litigation, fraternal law, and compliance.
A native of St. Petersburg, FL, Grace attended Florida State University, where she was a member of Delta Delta Delta, and graduated cum laude with dual degrees in Political Science and Creative Writing. Following her graduation, Grace worked as a high school English teacher, where she ranked within the top 10% of teachers in the state before returning to Florida’s Capitol first as a Legislative Aide for the Florida House of Representatives, and then as a policy analyst for a nonprofit specializing in college access and career readiness.
Grace’s passion for equity in education led her to enroll in Stetson University’s part-time law program, where she graduated with her Juris Doctorate while working under nationally renowned legal scholar, Peter F. Lake, in the Center for Excellence in Higher Education Law & Policy. While at Stetson Law, Grace earned a spot on the Dispute Resolution Board, representing her school nationally at various alternative dispute resolution competitions. She also participated in Stetson’s Student Ambassador program and was elected President of both Stetson’s Part-Time Student Society, and Education Law Association.
